Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Choose Resolution

  Select whether you would like a free alteration by our master tailors, a replacement in a different size, or a full refund to your original payment method.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary doorstep pickup through our logistics partners at a time convenient for you.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Processing

  After we receive and inspect the garment to ensure it is in its original condition, we will process your refund or ship your updated custom shirt within 5-7 business days.
